Fail #1: I thought it was a head of garlic. It was a red onion.
Substitution #1: Ok, I'll use garlic powder.
Substitution #2: No actual peppers in the house. Cayenne, it is!
Substitution #3: We are out of chicken breasts. Totally used a different cut of chicken.
Additions: Generous dusting of parsley flakes and black pepper.
Verdict:
9/10. Not a massive failure. I would make this again. (Thank the heavens, because there are leftovers)!
